Solution : |
Check your Internet Explorer version clicking on ? In I.E. window, then click on About I.E. option.

During installation process, this message box appears :
This computer does not have HTML Help installed. Click O. K. to install HTML Help 1.3.
You have chosen Cancel, what did not update help engine.
Uninstall Active WallPaper, re-install it, and when you will be prompted, answer Install. |

Question : |
I can't hear any sounds with Active WallPaper. |

Solution : |
All the sounds provided with Active WallPaper are in mp3 format, to decrease download size and increase performances.
First, check that your volume level is not set to zero by opening the Windows volume control, double clicking on the speaker icon in the task (near Windows clock) for exemple.
Next, verify if you can read Mp3 files. Open Windows Explorer and open the folder Active
WallPaper\Media\Sounds and then double-click on one of the mp3 files.
If your are prompted by the system to choose with
which program you wish to open this file, it means that your computer haven't the components to read this files. In this case download Wave sounds module from the download zone.

I can't apply transparency effect, or cut out the Alarm's background image. |

Answer : |
The transparency effect and cut out effect are only available on Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Previous Windows version can't have this kind of effects.

I can't disable the option "Stop when screen saver is running". |
|
Solution : |
This option is available only when you already set to on a screen saver in the Windows's desktop manager.
Note : On Windows 95, this option is always disable. |
